Fortunately for beginners there isn’t much to learn about bingo strategies, bingo is a game of chance where previous experience and tactful play do not provide an edge.  The only skill set required to become an expert bingo player is the ability to mark the numbers off of a bingo card when they are drawn from the bingo machine.   And to make things even easier, most online casinos offer an auto mark off feature that makes it impossible to miss a number.  

Once the player has mastered the art of marking off numbers, or using the auto mark off feature it is usually a good idea to play more than 1 bingo card.  Mathematically, a player chances of wining can be greatly increased by playing multiple cards.  The correct number of cards to be played is determined by the price of a card, the prize amount, a set amount of playing time, and the number of other cards in play.  Obviously the more cards a player plays the better the odds are that the player will win.  However, according to the mathematical law of diminishing returns there is also a point where the prize amount doesn’t justify buying an additional card.  For example, if the prize amount is $50, it would be a very bad idea to buy $50 worth of tickets. 

The mathematics used to determine the correct amount of cards to play is very complex, but fortunately for average players it is usually between 4 – 6.  This is why so many winning bingo players use 4 – 6 card systems.  Using these systems is easy, instead of playing 1 card, the player plays either 4, 5, or 6 cards at the same time.  This is when the auto mark off feature becomes necessary, when playing multiple cards it is much easier to miss a number.
